INSTALLING ImageForge

Before you can begin using ImageForge you must run the ImageForge
Setup program from Windows. To install ImageForge, follow the steps below:
1. Start Windows.
2. If you received ImageForge on diskette or CD, place it into
your drive now.
- If you downloaded ImageForge in archived (zip) format,
use a utility such as ZipWrangler, PKUNZIP or Winzip
to uncompress the files to a working directory on
your hard disk.
- If you downloaded ImageForge in a self-extracting
EXE program, run that program to extract the install
files.
3. Select "Run..." from the "Start" menu.
4. In the "Command Line" field enter one of the following:
- If you placed the ImageForge diskette into drive
A:, type: A:\SETUP
- If you are running from a CD, browse to the CD drive
and run the SETUP.EXE program
- If you downloaded ImageForge, browse to the drive
where you uncompressed ImageForge's install files,
and choose the SETUP.EXE file
5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
6. If you decide not to continue to use ImageForge, open the Windows
Control Panel and click on the Add/Remove Programs icon, then
select ImageForge from the list to remove it from your system.
